Everyone knows that there are lots of baby care related things that Daddys just don't do (clipping nails, breastfeeding!) ....but tonight I have happily noticed some of the things this Daddy does do.
He does...
...empty the nasty diaper pail regularly so our house doesn't smell like baby poo.
...hunt down the handheld monitor when we've both collapsed into bed and realize we left it somewhere else.
...fill the humidifier nightly and gets it going about ten minutes before bedtime.
...wash and dry the baby clothes, trying his best to fold the tiny little onesies.
...have burp cloths on hand when Mommy forgets.
...hang with baby on weekend mornings so Mommy can take as long of a shower as she pleases.
It's always good to remember to count your blessings!
